As an essential service provider, Woodgrove remains open and trading. Committed to providing a safe environment, many stores are unable to open under the Stage 4 restrictions however some of your favourite stores will continue to trade as Click & Collect.

How does it work?
1. Shop online
2. Select Woodgrove as your click and collect location
3. Big W will SMS and Email when your order is ready to collect
4. Drive to the store and show your photo ID and order number
5. Collect your order

How does it work?
1. Shop online
2. Select Woodgrove as your click and collect location
3. Best and Less will send an email notifying you that your order is ready for collection. 
4. Drive to the store and show your photo ID and order number
5. Collect your order from the front store door.

How does it work?
1. Start your shopping: Shop Coles extensive online product range
2. Choose a collection location: Tell Coles where you'll collect your order
3. Collect your shopping: Collect your order from your selected location
4. Click & Collect Concierge: When you arrive at the store, call Coles and a staff member will bring your order to your car.

Subject to store trading hours. Excludes public holidays. Ensure Click & Collect or DoorDash is selected at checkout. Instructions will be sent after order confirmation.

How does it work?
1. Shop online or call 13 52 44 to purchase over the phone.
2. Choose Woodgrove store to pick up your order from.
3. Once you have received confirmation of your order, drive to Woodgrove
4. Call the team to let them know you have arrived.

JB Hi-Fi are also offering store to door delivery
Store to Door courier service will show as a delivery option in checkout. Door deliver option depends on the following eligibility of your order:  
- Small to medium sized in stock products under 15 kg and no more than 80cm in length
- Your proximity to a store offering this service
- Driver capacity to deliver orders

*Orders placed online with payment cleared before 12pm weekdays will offer up delivery by 5pm same day. Orders placed after 12pm will show delivery can be made the next available business day. A flat fee of $5

Kmart

How does it work?
1. Choose your products online, add them to your shopping bag Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout
2. Select your store for pickup. You can elect to collect your parcel from the front internal roller door. You will receive a collection notification email or SMS – normally within 24 hours of placing an order
3. Collect your order in store between 9.00am - 7.00pm. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID Collect.

How does it work?
1.Choose your products online ensuring your chosen store indicates your products has "Stock available in store" 
2. Proceed to checkout and select Click & Collect option.
3. Wait for your confirmation email stating when your item will be ready for collection.
4. Collect your order instore. Dont forget your ID to collect your items.

2. Call your local Michael Hill store to discuss payment options over the phone
