As we come out the other side of the year’s testing times, we’re reimagining, we’re caring and we’re in a new groove – united by a desire to celebrate all that’s great about life where we are.
For us, this year has shown that more than ever, our community is our beating heart. You are what keeps us going, inspires us to grow, and motivates us to be our best. In return, we want to reassure you that as we step forward into this next phase towards Covid-normal, we’ve got your back.
We will always do what we believe is right for our community and we’re 100 per cent committed to safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff. From our end, you can be assured that we’ll always do everything we can to provide you and your family with a safe and healthy environment in which to shop, eat, meet and relax.
Here are just some of the ways we’re making your next visit safe and convenient as we all move towards Covid-normal.
Did you know that we now offer Order & Collect? Order & Collect lets you place an order with one of our participating retailers – either online, via email or over the phone –then collect it from the comfort of your car outside the Bank of Melbourne entrance. Click here for more information.
Good hygiene is key right now and we’re committed to making the centre as safe as possible. Remember to wash your hands often and to cover any coughs or sneezes. We’ve also positioned numerous hand sanitiser stations throughout the centre, which we invite you to use whenever you visit.
Physical distancing is an important way to help stop the spread. Whenever you visit, pleasekeep at least 1.5 metres between yourself and others, especially when queuing or using the lifts.
Another way we’re keeping you safe is by making it easier to avoid visiting during peak times. You can now plan ahead for your next visit via our website, which lists updated daily traffic-flow information to help you shop in comfort over the busy Christmas period.
Remember, if you’re feeling unwell, please reconsider your visit and stay at home. If we each do our part we can stop the spread and keep our community safe.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be bringing you more inspiration in fashion, food, home and entertainment, along with stories from our community. For now, it’s time to reset your compass and step forward into the new – ready for anything.
