Order directly from your favourite stores and collect from the comfort of your car!

We're thrilled to introduce a new way to shop securely with your favourite stores at Woodgrove with our new service - Order & Collect.

Simply place an order over the phone, email or online with one of our participating retailers and collect from the convenience of your car at the Order & Collect collection zone located outside the Bank of Melbourne entrance. 

How does it work?

ORDER - Contact participating retailers from the list below to place your order directly and pay, either by phone, email or online. 

PICK UP TIME - If possible, let the store know your estimated pick up time to avoid waiting and ensure any products are as fresh as possible. 

COLLECTION - Once you've placed your order, it's time to hit the road to Woodgrove and drive through our Order & Collect pick-up point outside the Bank of Melbourne entrance. The nearest car park entry point is off High Street. Make your way to the parking circle and look out for the Order & Collect signs. Once you've parked, please call our friendly Customer Service team on (03) 9971 0700 with your name and order details and we will bring over your order. You don't even have to leave your car!

 

When can I order?

You can please your order directly with participating stores, any time during trading hours for phone orders or any time for most online orders. 

If you are ordering food, it is recommended to include you estimated pick up time with your order.

Orders can be picked up from 11am to 3pm, seven days a week, starting Tuesday 16 June. 

We ask that customers where possible remain in their car to collect their orders (customers can get out to open the boot if required).

 

Where do I collect my order?

Park outside the Bank of Melbourne entrance in parking circle adjacent to the 'Hope' sign, look out for the Order & Collect signs. The nearest car park entry point is off High Street.

To note: 

  • For email or SMS orders, do not include your credit card information. Please provide your contact details so that the retailer can contact you directly to arrange payment.
  • All staff will be wearing gloves or using hand sanitiser between dropping off orders.
  • No cash will be exchanged by hand. Customers must pre-pay directly with the stores prior to collecting their orders.
  • If you order from multiple stores, your orders may be separated, so please advise our friendly staff how many orders you placed and the specific order number.
  • We ask that customers remain in their car to collect their orders (customers can get out to open the boot if required). Please wait for a staff member to visit you in your car.
  • As soon as customers have received their orders, we ask that you leave the Order and Collect parking area to make the service as efficient as possible for all.
  • If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact the relevant retailer directly.
